2 more days to 2009 (at least, according to the date in my country).
Are you prepared to welcome a new year with open arms and brush off the unhappy moments (while keeping the happy ones) of 2008?
Have you plan out your resolution?
I didn’t. Because, I’m not one who could keep it.
I, hereby, apologise to all who were given false hope/promises by me.
This new year round, I won’t do that again, or at least, keep it down to the minimum.

Finally, a nice picture of the globe. Thanks to Ah Pek.
Hi Sharon, yours and mine are still snuggling cozily next to each other <3
It’s been a while since we last met up. Though the food wasn’t as nice, but the games part was hilarious.
“What’s Jasmine’s favourite drink without milk & sugar; in hokkien dialect?”
“3! 3! 3! 3! 3!; 1! 1! 1!; 2! 2!; 1!”
“Ugly ugly ugly ugly ugly!”
“Sss”, “Squawk”, “Can can”, “Oink”, “Grrr”, “Moo”, “Burp”
For once, everyone agreed without saying who was the loudest – Pei Shan, the one with the most angelic face.
And of course, people start picking on me since I’m as gentle as a ram lamb.
Sad, but true. Such is human nature. *deep sigh*
At least, the 2 guys knew how to be a gentleman - letting go of their pride and allowing the girls to win. You know, girls like to win. We really don’t like to lose. Like, seriously. At least, that is the case for me. :D

The trials of a sewing machine newbie
Well, not really, since my mum was more than happy to teach me how to operate it. It’s not as if I didn’t know how to use it, after all, we did learn in Home Economics back in Secondary school days. Just that, I returned all that I’ve learnt back to the teacher.
So, under my new teacher, I ‘tut, tut, tut’-ed (the sewing machine noise) the straight stitches, the wavy ones, the wide ones and whatever names they are called. When she’s satisfied that I could sew several fairly straight lines on the remains of an old Tee, we started making a drawstring bag and a pair of tiny shorts.
Pictures to be uploaded soon, since I’m too lazy to take.
Now, I sewed my very first pair of shorts that I could actually wear~~~~ with a outside pocket too! <3 <3 <3
Picture to be uploaded soon too.
Be prepared world, I’m hitting 2009 with a loud ‘tut, tut, tut, tut, tut’…probably.
/Edit: Suddenly, I wish that it is already 20 Jan 2009 because that is when Skip Beat! Chapter 134 is out. Damn. Kyouko is probably the first female character in anime/manga world that I really, really like.
By the way, the author’s other work – Tyoko Crazy Paradise is nice too. Go check it out.
