of thinking, drooling and playing with Sushi

Who likes sushi, raise up your hand!

With luck, people might see a nutcase raising his/her hand suddenly while facing a computer screen.

When it comes to eating sushi, are you adventurous enough to try out all the flavours available?

When it comes to ordering sushi, do you know what those weird names stand for?

When the sushi is served, do you know the basic etiquette?

HAHAHA! Okay, no offence meant, I bet those whose names aren’t up here didn’t know it either, just that I haven’t caught them at it. In fact, I don’t really care much about etiquette and stuff; but there are times it comes in handy and they are so fun to read through!

Stirring enough wasabi into the shoyu to make a murky sludge seems to be a peculiarly Singaporean habit.
I know who does that! My sister-in-law! And I picked up the habit from her…just recently too. Well, I might not be creating a murky sludge yet, just some greenish brownish whorls in the shoyu.

I got addicted to wasabi! I used to fear it after being tricked by my evil sister that wasabi is some really scrumplicious condiment (i.e. sweet – since I was still very young); and I put one whole wad of wasabi on my piece.

Doodled by dayever. Any resemblance to anyone is strictly coincidental.

I thought I was going to die.

I was preparing to say farewell to all those sitting at the same table with me.

Only to be greeted by the laughing faces of my siblings. If you asked me now, I think they were probably jealous of how adorable I was am and plotting revenge.

So far, I think I stood up pretty well against their sneaky ways. Oh wells.
